Booking your date

A date is held once I confirm your quote and receive the deposit. The deposit is non-refundable but can be moved once with notice.

Changes and cancellations

Design changes are welcome up to two weeks before the event. If I have to cancel, you receive a full refund.

Allergens

All cakes are made in a kitchen that handles wheat, milk, eggs, tree nuts and soy. Please tell me about any allergy when you order.

Care and collection

Once a cake leaves my care, storage and handling are up to you. I include a short care card with every order.
